As an OEM customer, you will be assigned a service representative eager to help with inventory management. In addition to taking orders and monitoring your scheduled releases, your designated account coordinator will promptly alert you when inventoried stock is getting low to ask if a new order is needed. If the project is slowly being phased out, we will gladly help you to quote any new requirements to avoid delays on your production line.
